“আমি স্নাতকোত্তর করেছি, হাজারো স্বপ্ন নিয়ে। ভেবেছিলাম, আমি একটা সরকারি চাকরি পাব বা ভালো একটা বেসরকারি প্রতিষ্ঠানে যোগ দেব। কিন্তু দিন, মাস, বছর পেরিয়ে গেলেও চাকরির খবরের কাগজগুলোই শুধু বদলালো, আমার জীবনে কিছুই বদলালো না। সমাজে আমার পরিচিতরা যখন জানতে চায়, ‘তুমি এখনও বসে আছো?’ – তখন নিজের আত্মবিশ্বাস তলানিতে চলে যায়। কখনও কখনও মনে হয়, হয়তো আমি অকর্মণ্য। কিন্তু আমি জানি, আমি অকর্মণ্য নই; আমার জন্য সুযোগ নেই বলেই এই অবস্থায় আছি।
